Dogs Management
Allows rangers to search for a specific dog using the dog’s, dog owner’s or the property's details. This option is useful where a Ranger picks up a roaming dog while out in the field which they want to return to the dog’s owner. There is also the ability to search and view any previous infringements associated with the dog.
Cats Management
Allows rangers to search for a specific cat using the cat’s, cat owner’s or the property's details. This option is useful where a Ranger picks up a roaming cat while out in the field which they want to return to the cat’s owner. There is also the ability to search and view any previous infringements associated with the cat.
Customer Service Management
Allows for requests or complaints to be dealt with by outside staff who are able to attend a location or venue to resolve issues on site. Fully integrated with the Customer Service and Names and Address modules.
Purchase Orders Management
Allows authorising officers to review a list of the 50 most recent outstanding requisitions that have been assigned to them. Authorising officers can then approve or refuse the requisition or simply return to their list of outstanding requisitions to review them.
